Our Story

We met at a beach in Italy in 1983. We shared a love of food, socializing, and dining out. We opened our first restaurant, La Buca di Bacco, in Italy in the year 1988. After moving to Canada, and operating a restaurant in Woodbridge for many years, we wanted to get away from all the hustle and bustle and traffic. We wanted to enjoy nature. So here we are, in Bond Head with our family of 4 and a brand new restaurant. Cotto88. We believe that everyone loves Italian food because the ingredients are so simple and fresh. Our specialties are pasta, seafood and risotto. Come visit our Italian Eatery for our fresh food and friendly environment. A master never stops seeking perfection, and we will never stop developing that perfect dining experience.
